Blanche Viola Dionne
Age 88 died Thursday, January 25, 2007. She was born October 24, 1918 in Marine City, Michigan. She spent most of her life in Marine City then moved to Algonac, Michigan. The last several years she lived with her daughter, Susan and son-in-law Carl Wetzel.
Mrs. Dionne was a homemaker and worked for a time as a volunteer at the River District Hospital.
Survived by her children Margaret (Charles) Broedell, Thomas (Mary) Dionne and Susan (Carl ) Wetzel. Grandchildren Dawn E., Mary, Joelle, Nickol, Amy and Kelly. Great grandchildren Samantha, Payge, and Zachary.
Predeceased by her husband Gerald T. Dionne in 1990, her parents Susan and Francis Streitz, brother Jacob, sisters Mary Jane Buczkowski and Viola Gould.
Memorial service 1:30 PM Friday, February 2, 2007 in the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac. Visitation from 11:00 AM Friday until time of Service. a private interment will be held in St. Catherines Catholic Cemetery, Algonac.
