Blanche Jane Krohn-Sutton's Obituary
Blanche J. Krohn-Sutton age 98 of Algonac, MI. passed away March 11, 2021 in the Medilodge of St. Clair. She was born June 13, 1922 in Detroit, MI. to the late William and Stella (Mennie) Bradley. She married first Nelson Krohn on September 29, 1939, he passed October 20, 1991. She married 2nd James Sutton April 30,1994, he died January 8 1995.
Blanche and her mother moved to Algonac in 1938 were she graduated from Algonac High School in 1939.
Blanche is survived by her twin daughters Jean (Charles) Yonaka and Joan Mugan-Bopp, a daughter-in-law Jennifer Krohn, grandchildren David (Sandi) Goltz, Diane (Craig) Zimmerman, Todd Yonaka, Kristina (Randy) Gordon, Tonya (Art) Wirgau, Lea Krohn, Ana (John) Krohn and John (Michele) Bopp Jr. great grandchildren Justin (Meri-de) Goltz, Jared (Angela) Goltz, Jordan Goltz, Aubrey (Brian) Moon, Chad Zimmerman, Ryan (Samantha) Belisle, Austin Wirgau, Colton (Sarah) Wirgau, Alexondra Wirgau, Stacey (Chris) Geremesz, Jamie (David) Zelenock, Jon Weston, Alex Weston, Elayna (Scott) Boswell, JP Bopp, Emily Bopp, Aiden Mossbarger, Isaiah Mossbarger, and Ethan Mossbarger, great great grandchildren Braxton Goltz, Brady Goltz, Boyer Goltz, Braelyn Goltz, Bennett Goltz, Holden Moon, Cohen Moon, Harper Goltz, Paige Geremesz, Jacoby Zelenock, Zander Zelenock, Nora Boswell, and Finnegan Belisle (due April 2021). She was preceded in death by a daughter Beverly Jane Krohn in 1954, a son Nelson James Krohn in 1999.
Graveside service 11:00 AM Monday March 15, 2021 in the Oaklawn Cemetery, Algonac, MI. Arrangements by the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Donor's Choice or Family Wishes. "Good Lord willing and creek don't rise."?
