Carl R. Faulman Sr.
age 73 of Algonac, MI. passed away July 3, 2016 in the St. Johns River District Hospital. He was born December 1, 1942 to the late Carl and Frances Faulman, in Mt. Clemens, MI. He married Charlotte E. Faulman June 15, 1974 in Algonac.
Carl served as a Staff Sargent for the U. S. Air Force for 10 years as a loadmaster on the C-130’s and served during Vietnam War. He retired from Dana Transport in 2008. He enjoyed bike riding, golfing, fishing, and hunting. He was proud of his family whom he loved dearly. He was great father always going out of his way to help his kids, an amazing grandfather and the best of buddies with his grandkids. A good friend, an honest man, the Boss.
Mr. Faulman is survived by his wife Charlotte, children Joey Rose, Lourie (Eric) Boucher, Richard (Joy) Rose, Robin (Jason) Martin, Todd (Jessica) Faulman, Rick (Gail) Faulman, Lori Denean, Michael Faulman, and Greg Faulman, a sister Christine (Don) Stockwell, sister-in-law Sylvia Faulman, 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter Michele Faulman, and a brother Charles Faulman.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday July 9, 2016 in the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac. Visitation 1:00 PM Saturday until time of service. Memorial donations may be made to the Family Wishes.
