Keri and Mathew, while we do not know one another, I offer my deepest condolences for you. Charlie and I were very good friends in High School, late 1950's and early 1960's. Tim and I are heartbroken of learning Chucks passing. He was always a pleasure to spend time with and gave me confidence in who I am! I enjoyed talks with him, many dinners, as well as tours and times on the boats in Lake St. Clair! One of our trips on the boats with Tim and I was an experience we have remembered and enjoyed, to St. Clair. We are Sending our condolences and prayers to Matthew and family for the loss of Chuck! Our condolences for uncle Chuck??s passing, Keri and Matthew. We met Uncle Chuck and Matthew many years ago and spent several days on a cruise with them. By the end of the vacation, they were our uncles too. Keri continues to talk fondly of her Uncle Chuck and we??ve heard many stories over the years. He will be missed dearly. I knew Chuck only through the stories Matthew shared with me. What a fulfilling and interesting life it was! I first met Chuck when I was Deputy Clerk for Grosse Pointe Woods. He was our go to person at the State whenever we needed election advice. His expertise and professionalism was exemplary. I later got the pleasure to know him personally through a friendship with his partner Matthew. Chuck will be missed dearly. Our deepest condolences and sympathy to Matthew and family members.
