Christine Chominski
age 92 of Algonac, MI. passed away December 6, 2014 in the St. John River District Hospital. She was born December 29, 1921 in Detroit, MI. She married Lawrence Chominski on September 17, 1942 in Detroit, he passed away January 28, 1993.
Mrs. Chominski is survived by her children Larry Chominski Jr., Janice Evans, and Jim Chominski, siblings George Zelenak, Victor (Lucy) Zelenak, Theresa Marten, Josephine Mazur, and Vera Lottholz, 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
Mrs. Chominski will be instate at 11:30 AM with Mass at 12:00 Noon Thursday December 11, 2014 in the Our Lady on the River Parish Holy Cross Catholic Church, Marine City. Visitation 1-4 & 6-9 PM Wednesday in the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac. A rosary will be recited at 2:00 PM Wednesday by the St. Catherines Ladies Guild. Burial will be in the St. Catherines Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Donor's Choice.
