Daniel Stephen Osieczonek's Obituary
Daniel Stephen Osieczonek age 64, of Cottrellville Twp., MI. and formerly of Algonac, MI. passed away January 14, 2021 in the Ascension St. John Hospital Detroit after a long illness. He was born December 3, 1956 in Bourne, MA. to Shirley L. (nee Garland) and the late Eugene J. Osieczonek Sr.
Dan was a graduate of Algonac High School Class of 1976. He served honorably in the United States Air Force and later worked for Chryslers as a die setter until his retirement in 2007.
Mr. Osieczonek is survived by his mother Shirley L. Osieczonek, siblings Eugene Osieczonek Jr., David Osieczonek, Ronald (Charlotte Acre) Osieczonek, James (Teresa) Osieczonek, and Randy Osieczonek. He was also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by sisters Mary Osieczonek and Cindy Egeland, sister-in-law Elda Osieczonek, and a nephew Arthur Thomas.
Dan was a generous person and would often help others in his neighborhood by providing food, help with rent, or other assistance.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac.
