Denise L. Lugosky age 55 of Algonac, MI. died April 2, 2019 in the McLaren Macomb Hospital. She was born October 31, 1963 in Mt. Clemens, MI.
Denise is survived by a son Paul Lugosky, granddaughter Destinee Garska, parents Sidney and Janice (nee Hawkins) Hofmann,brother Jeff (Tammy) Hofmann, an aunt Carol Hofmann, and uncles Gregg Hawkins, Richard Hofmann, and Ronald (Cathy) Hofmann.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Family Wishes. Arrangements by the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac, MI.
