Grandpa Dennis took me to 8 Mile rd when I was like 14 I think. It’s the only thing I wanted to do. I had a great time exploring Detroit.
He was my dad! He was my Popz my Popz-cicle aka as Polar Bear on the CB radio. He was my favorite Man!! We had a rough start, but made up for it in the past thirty eight years! I remember I was visiting up here. It was summer and dinner time. We went to a TGIF. On our way home and all of a sudden he pulled to the side of the road. He turned up the radio got out and then opened my door. He proceeded to dance with me! I was in awe and so happy! The song that was playing "Unchained Melody" my favorite song! We shared many more wonderful moments that are now my favorite memories! I was in the process of coming up here to help him out... I Love you Popz!❣️ "Bub-bye, for now" 🙏🏻💖
