Donald A. Brackett's Obituary
Donald A. Brackett age 81 of Macomb Twp., MI. died August 1, 2019 in his home. He was born March 8, 1938 in Detroit, MI. to the late James and Alice (nee Sutherland) Brackett.
Don served with the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He was a member of the Civil Air Patrol and a member of the F & A Masons.
Mr. Brackett is survived by his children Kris (Nichol) Brackett, Eric (Conway) Brackett, Gretchen Brackett, and Amanda (Mike) Morrow, siblings Kathleen Ameel, Edward Brackett, and Joy Knight, and 5 grandchildren.
In keeping with Don's wishes his remains were donated to the University of Michigan Medical School. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac, MI.
