Donald MacDonald's Obituary
Donald MacDonald, age 74, a lifelong resident of Algonac, MI. died January 3, 2016. He was born June 12, 1941 in Mt. Clemens, MI.
Donald graduated from Algonac High School in 1959. He was a musician and luthier, Hospice Volunteer, mental health professional who's life revolved around his family, music and giving to others.
Mr. MacDonald is survived by his children, Donna Suess, Don (Christina) MacDonald, and Kimberly (Jeff) Brock, a brother David MacDonald, grandchildren Melanie (Perry) Hatch, Claire MacDonald, Claire Brock, and Campbell Brock, great grandchildren Syler Suess, Jason Snyder, Jacob Snyder, Adrienne Hatch, and Charlotte Hatch.
A musical celebration of life will be held at the Catch 22 Restaurant in Algonac Saturday January 9, 2016 beginning at 1:00 PM. (acoustical instruments encouraged). Memorial donations may be made to the Family Wishes. Arrangements by the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac.
