Dorothy R. Nugent's Obituary
Dorothy R. Nugent age 95, of Algonac, MI passed away June 5, 2023 in the Ascension St. John River District Hospital. She was born June 2, 1928 in Algonac to the late Clayton and Caroline (Harsen) Larabell. She married Albert M. Nugent Sr. January 10, 1948 in Algonac, he passed away April 19, 1998.
Mrs. Nugent is survived by her children Albert (Barbara Kliemann) Nugent Jr., Patricia Gouine, Edward (Christine) Nugent, and Sandra (James) Smith, sister Marie Knight, 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brothers Nathan Larabell and Edward Stevens, and a brother-in-law Donald Knight.
A memorial funeral mass will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday June 14, 2023, in the Our Lady on the River Parish St. Catherines Catholic Church Algonac, with visitation at 10:00 AM prior to the mass. Burial will be in the St. Catherines Cemetery, Algonac. Arrangements by the Young-Gilbert Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Algonac.
