Edward Keller II's Obituary
Edward Keller II age 79 of Clay Twp., MI passed away March 28, 2024 in his home. He was born August 22, 1944 in Detroit, MI to the late Edward and Henrietta (Poole) Keller. He married Josephine Demchak on January 31, 1969 in Detroit.
Mr. Keller made his 1st communion, penance, confirmation, and graduated from St. Catherine in Detroit. He was drafted into the U S Army July 1965.
Ed worked at Burroughs Corporation (now Unisys) General Motors, and retired from Ford Motor Co. in January of 2002. He was a member of Our Lady on the River Parish St. Catherines Catholic Church Algonac. He was a member and Deputy Grand Knight, Past Grand Knight of Knights of Columbus 3rd Degree Council #7227, (now #856 Marine City). Past Navigator of 4th degree Assembly #2804.
Ed was a past member of the Clay Twp. Board of Commission for many years. He, successfully, owned and operated the Seaway Trailer Court in Clay Twp. since 1975. He loved having dinner with family and friends and hosting many barn parties. He had a strong affection for his dogs, classic cars, and music especially playing the piano.
Mr. Keller is survived by his dear wife Josephine, 4 amazing sons Joseph Edward (Sheri) Keller, Edward Andrew (Michele) Keller, Keith Christopher (Patty) Keller, and Matthew Sigmund (Angie) Keller, proud grandfather of Trever Edward Keller, Jacob Richard Keller, Rachel Lynn Keller, Ryan Christopher Keller, Cameron Allen Keller, Christian Edward Keller, Megan Marie Keller, Colton Edward Keller, and Addison Hailey Keller, sister Darlene (Eugene Monacelli) Keller, brother Gregory M. (Nicole) Keller, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends
Funeral mass 11:00 AM, with visitation at 10: 00 AM, Wednesday April 3, 2024, in the Our Lady on the River Parish St. Catherines Catholic Church, Algonac. Burial will be in the St. Catherines Cemetery, Algonac.
