Elizabeth "Betty" Owen age 88 of Algonac, MI. died June 27, 2018 in her home. She was born February 18, 1930 in Huntsville, AL. to the late Thomas and Clara (nee Hornbuckle) Mitchell. She married Ralph E. Owen on March 17, 1947 in Covington, KY.
Betty is survived by her husband Ralph, children Bob (Kris) Owen, Dan (Gladys) Owen, Becky (Bruce) Bokram, and Terrie Fox, 13 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and numerous extended family members. She was preceded in death by a daughter Linda Reynolds-Purcell, sisters Haskell Bailey and Jessie Cease, and a brother Calvin Mitchell.
In staying withBetty\'s wishes there will be no services. Arrangements by the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac.
