Fern was always the same. I’d walk a block or two and she’d greet me at her door. She beamed her sweet smile. She’d make tea and she’d serve her cookies. Then Lee would come in from pruning the bushes and the three of us would reminisce. It was a pleasure to see the loving way that they treated each other. Long lasting love is a jewel to behold. Louis and I send our condolences to Lee and their family.
