Gary Joseph Kupper's Obituary
Gary Joseph Kupper age 70 of Clay Twp. Mi passed away peacefully at home on October 19, 2022. He was born July 8, 1952 in Detroit, MI.
Gary graduated from the University of Michigan in 1974 with his Bachelor\'s degree and received his Master\'s degree from the University of Detroit. He was member of the Algonac Community Theater Group. A member and long-time lector at Our Lady on River Parish St. Catherines Catholic Church, Algonac, and retired from the St. Clair County Library System after 20 years of service. Gary loved movies, reading books, and astronomy.
Mr. Kupper is survived by his mother Elaine Kupper, siblings Carol (Jim) Janiczek, Janice (George) Gray, Sandra (Jim) Slaton, Laureen (Dean) Jones, Nancy (the late Kenny) Koenig, and Matthew (Jacqueline) Kupper, many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and many dear friends. He was preceded in death by his father Joseph Peter Kupper.
A memorial funeral mass will be held at 10:30 AM Thursday January 5, 2023, at Our Lady on River Parish St. Catherines Catholic Church, Algonac, MI. Arrangements by the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac, MI.
