Gerald Robert Goltz age 81 of Clay Twp., MI went to be with his lord and savior Tuesday March, 7, 2023. He was born January 13, 1942 in Detroit, MI to the late William and Laura (Blackstock) Goltz. He married Clara M. Dunn-Miller on August 22, 1992, in Algonac, MI.
Gerry graduated from Algonac High School in 1960. He was employed by the Algonac Post Office and retired in 2000 after 38 years of service.
Gerald is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years Clara "Kim"?, step children Dennis (Sandra) Miller, David (Jennifer) Miller, Sherry (Mick) Frantz, James (Angie) Miller, Jason (Nicole) Miller, children David Goltz and Diane (Craig) Zimmerman, 26 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his siblings Pamela Shaw, Paula Campbell, and William Goltz Jr.
Funeral services 1:00 PM Friday March 10, 2023 in the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac. Visitation 11:00 AM Friday until time of services at 1:00 PM in the Funeral home.
There was nothing Gerry loved more than his family.
