Irmgard Simon's Obituary
Irmgard "Irma" Simon age 80 of Harsens Island, MI. died July 20, 2017 in the Beaumont Hospital-Troy. She was born October 26, 1936 in Serbia. She married Manfred "Whitey" Simon on March 25, 1956 in Mansfield, OH.
Irma was a member of the St. Clair County Hymn Singers, the Harsens Island Garden Club, and St. Paul's Protestant Church, Harsens Island.
Mrs. Simon is survived by her husband Whitey, children Roger Simon, Bruce (Kim) Simon, and Robert (Gale) Simon, grandchildren Britton, Devin, and Andrea. She was preceded in death by a son David Simon.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday August 26, 2017 at the Harsens Island Lions Club Hall 230 LaCroix Road, Harsens Island, MI 48028. Memorial donations may be made to the Hospice of the donor's choice or to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements by the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac, MI.
