James K. Kane's Obituary
James K. Kane age 93 of Grand Haven, MI. and formerly of Clay Twp., MI. died April 29, 2019 in Grand Haven. He was born February 28, 1926 in Clay Twp., to the late Lawrence and Mary (nee Law) Kane. He married Rosemary M. Walton on January 11, 1947 in Marine City, MI. she died September 23, 2005.
Jim was a WW II U.S. Army Veteran.
Mr. Kane is survived by his children Richard (Peggy) Kane, Ronald (Mindy) Kane, and Mary Jo (Dan) Mikesell.
Mr. Kane will be instate at 11:30 AM with mass at 12:00 PM Friday May 3, 2019 in Our Lady on the River Parish St. Catherines Catholic Church, Algonac, MI. Visitation 1-4 & 6-9 PM Thursday in the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac. Burial will be in the Oaklawn Cemetery, Algonac. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Algonac-Clay Twp. Historical Society, or to the Our Lady on the River St. Catherines Catholic Church, Algonac.
