Age 19 of Sterling Heights, MI. died February 8, 2013 in Ypsilanti, MI. He was born February 27, 1993 in Pontiac, MI.
Jason is survived by his parents Ronald and Nancy Lentocha, siblings Alice (Joe Frasard) Lentocha, Gary Lentocha, and Joshua Lentocha, nephew Brandon Frasard, grandmother Mary Daly, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 7:30 PM Saturday February 16, 2013, in the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac, MI. Visitation 2-4 & 6:00 PM until time of service Saturday. Memorial donations may be made to the Family Wishes.
