Jeanie L. Knight's Obituary
Jeanie L. Knight, age 68, of Algonac, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her own home on June 5, 2026. She was born on September 14, 1957 to Marie and the late Donald Knight. Jeanie was a graduate of Algonac High School, class of 1975. She was an avid animal lover- who also enjoyed socializing. She made a point to stay in touch with those family and friends closest to her via Facebook or in person.
She is survived by her mother, Marie Knight, siblings, Cheryl (Gary) Varndell, Daniel (Barbara) Knight; grandchildren, Devon, Tyler Anne, Kadian; son-in-law, Michael Shaw, as well as several special nieces, great nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her daughters, Jodi Shaw and Katie Porter; father, Donald Knight.
