Jeffrey Robert Duceatt, 67, of Algonac, Michigan, passed away on June 7, 2024
Father of two but “Dad” to many, Jeff was greatly involved in his family. He loved holiday feasts and Super Bowl dates with his daughter, Whitney. When he wasn’t working on something in the garage with his son, Travis, you could find him trash-treasure hunting with his wife Dee. Dad’s most favorite pastime was watching the hummingbirds with his grandson Reed. He leaves behind many memories that everyone will cherish for an eternity.
Jeff leaves behind his son Travis (Melissa) and grandson Reed; daughter Whitney Soumis (Matt), loving wife Dee; brothers Todd (Carol), and Jim; nephew Ethan, and niece Sidney. Jeff is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Marie.
Always wanting to travel and never miss a family event, Jeff was cremated so that he can continue being with his family who he adored. A celebration of life will be held from 2:00 to 6:00 PM, with a memorial services at 2:30 PM, Sunday June 23, 2024 at Harsens Island Schoolhouse Grille, 2669 Columbine Road Harsens Island, MI 48028. The Memorial Ceremony will take place at 2PM. We invite you to come out and share your fond memories with us as we remember Jeff. In lieu of flowers memorial donations are suggest to the Harsens Island Lions Club in Jeff's name.
