age 30 of Algonac, MI. died November 13, 2016 in his home. He was born September 9, 1986 in Detroit, MI.
Jeremy is survived by his father Dirk N. Schram, siblings Brian Schram and Kevin Schram. He was predeceased by his mother Darlene Marie Schram.
A celebration of life will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 PM with a memorial service 2:00 PM Sunday December 4, 2016 at the Shangri-La Community Center, Cottrellville Twp., MI. Arrangements by the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac.
