John K. Appling's Obituary
John K. Appling age 61, of Clay Twp., MI. passed away June 26, 2017at St. Johns River District Hospital. He was born November 15, 1955 in Atlanta, GA. He married Sue Lauer on October 25, 2002 in New Baltimore, MI.
John retired from the Chrysler Corp. in 2014.
Mr. Appling is survived by his wife Sue, daughters Joia Appling and Johnna Appling, a sister Julaine Appling, an aunt Ruth Appling, and many extended family members and friends.
Mr. Appling will be instate at 9:30 AM with funeral services at 10:00 AM Wednesday July 5, 2017 at Christ Lutheran Church, New Balitmore, MI. with the Rev. Barry Mueller officiating. Visitation will be 1-4 & 6-9 PM Monday July 3, 2017 and 6-9 PM Tuesday July 4, 2017at Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac. MI. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Marine City, MI. Memorial donations may be made to the Family Wishes.
