John R. Cunningham age 81 at Clay Twp., MI passed December 30, 2024 in the Ascension St. Johns Hospital Detroit. He was born April 8, 1943 in Rockland, ME to the late John A. and Lottie Mae (Smith) Cunningham. He married Roxann R. Johnson December 30, 1989 in Clay Twp.
John enjoyed boating, bowling, and spending time with his family and friends on the river.
Mr. Cunningham is survived by his wife Roxann, children Theresa “Teri” Cunningham, Cathy Churchill, and Gordy (Kelly) Cronk, grandchildren Emma, Ethan, Aubree, and Addie, sisters Kathi Miller and Janie McIvor, and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Funeral services 1:30 PM Tuesday January 7, 2025 in the Young Gilbert Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Algonac, MI. Visitation, Tuesday, 11:00 AM until time of service.
