Joseph "Mark" Mazzola's Obituary
Joseph Marchi Mazzola age 71 of Cottrellville Twp., MI. passed away August 24, 2022 in the Ascension St. John Hospital Detroit. He was born October 3, 1950 in Trenton, MI. the late Joseph and Lucille (Bush) Mazzola. He married Margaret S. "Peggy" Meldrum on December 20, 1984.
Mark was a U.S. Coast Guard Veteran. He wore many different hats, he was a Union Organizer, Carpenter, Artist, Quality Control Inspector, Teacher, and Councilor.
Mr. Mazzola is survived by his wife Peggy, children Cassandra (Bobby) Bibeau, Michael Crosena, Jennifer (Chris) Mazzola Mason, and Joseph (Joey) Mazzola, grandchildren Mikey Crosena, Dimitri Mazzola, and Christopher Mason, great granddaughter Ona "Joe"?, siblings Scott (Louisa) Mazzola, Rosemary Russell, Rochelle Mazzola, and Patricia Gates, also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac, MI.
