Joseph David Polito age 62 of Clay Twp., MI. passed away peacefully June 29, 2022 in his home. He was born February 21, 1960 in Port Huron, MI. to the late Charles and Florence (nee Vogler) Polito. He married Shelley Lynn Dunn February 3, 2001.
Joe enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the outdoors.
Joe is survived by his wife Shelley, children Ashley (Kyle) Boles, Jacob Polito, Brianna Polito Cody Dunlap, Lauren (Jeff) Arpan, Jenna (Jeff) Devroy, Stephen (Morgan) Tietze, and Kaitlyn Tietze, siblings David Polito, Charles (Dulcie) Polito, and Anthony Polito. 13 grandchildren, 3 aunts, 2 nieces, 2 nephews, and many cousins.
A Memorial Gathering will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM Saturday July 30, 2022, at the family residence 8789 Marsh Rd. Clay Twp., MI. 48001. Arrangements by the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac. Memorial donations may be made to the Family Wishes.
