Kimberly Anne Kenney's Obituary
Kimberly Anne Kenney age 66 of New York, NY. and formerly of Algonac, MI. died May 17, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born September 15, 1952 in Detroit, MI. to the late Jay and Jere (nee Morris) Kenney.
Kim graduated from Algonac High School in 1970. She was employed by America Airlines from 1974 until her retirement in 2010. She loved living in New York City, where she lived since 1974. She had a passion for opera and music of many genres. She enjoyed books, art, history, animals (especially cats), traveling, and good food. She was generous, kind, welcoming, and truly interested in people.
Ms. Kenney is survived by her siblings Jan (John) Kenney-Space, Jeb (Denise) Kenney, and Melanie (John) Lindsay, nephews Jeb Kenney Jr., Griffin Kenney, Josh Lindsay, and Dylan Lindsay.
