Marilyn J. Woods' Obituary
Marilyn Jean Woods age 83, of Algonac, MI. passed away peacefully at home July 8, 2020, surrounded by her family. She was born April 22, 1937 in Port Huron, MI. to the late Paul and Hazel (nee Cooper) Richert. She married John C. Woods on November 7, 1964 in Port Huron. He passed away December 11, 2019.
Mrs. Woods is survived by her children Matthew (Jana) Woods, Andrea (James) Vail, and Nathan (Carrie) Woods, grandchildren Shelby Woods, Caitlyn Woods, Julia (Sean Van Tiem) Vail, Andrew Vail, Brady (Kristen) Woods, Mikayla (Rupriliimo) Chachei, Abigail Woods, Phoebe Woods, Samuel Woods, and Tabitha Woods. She was preceded in deathby siblings Robert Richert, Lynn Richert, and Ilene Loomis, nephews Terry Richert and Scott Richert, and a dear niece Rebecca Ifrate.
A celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Family Wishes.
