Mary E. Bowman age 82 of Clay Twp., MI. died June 20, 2018 in the Medilodge of St. Clair. She was born August 7, 1935 in Peebles, OH. to the late Raymond and Amelia (nee Meyer) Newman.
Mary served with the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Roseville, MI.
Mrs. Bowman is survived by her children Catherine (Jerry) Knelson, Grady Bowman, William Bowman, Cynthia Gray, and Glenn Mathew Bowman, siblings Ruth (the late Joseph) Wilson, and James (Beverly) Newman, 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son Mark Bowman and siblings Patricia Newman and Richard Newman.
In keeping with Mary's wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements by the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac, MI.
