Raymond John Lenkiewicz Jr.'s Obituary
Raymond John Lenkiewicz Jr. age 53 of Algonac, MI passed away August 5, 2024 in the Corewell Health Troy Beaumont Hospital. He was born January 10, 1971 in Detroit, MI to the late Raymond Sr. and Gayle F. (nee Bianga) Lenkiewicz.
Ray graduated from the Carl Brablec High School Roseville, MI, in 1989. His passions included working on cars and everything to do with music.
Ray is survived by his daughter Stephanie F. Lenkiewicz, best friend and companion Wendi Lenkiewicz, step-mother Carla Mosher, siblings Carl Wisdom, Kerry (Andrew) Harteker, Connie (Joe) Friedmann, and Melissa (Derek) Walczak, beloved cousins Mike Faulman, Francine (Thomas) Zilinsky, John (Lisa) Bianga, and Theresa (Kevin) Rosso, dear friend Gail Cain, his canine companion “Jinx”, and many other nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death uncles George Bianga Jr., Gerald Bianga, and Gilbert Bianga.
A memorial mass will be held at 11:30 AM, with visitation at 10:30 AM Friday September 6, 2024, in Our Lady On the River St. Catherines Catholic Church, 1103 Washington St. Algonac, MI 48001. Burial will be in the St. Catherines Cemetery. Arrangements by the Young Gilbert Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Algonac, MI.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Family Wishes.
