Robert Thomas Phillians' Obituary
Robert Thomas Phillians age 78 of Algonac, MI passed away March 19, 2024 in the McLaren Macomb Hospital. He was born August 19, 1945 in Springfield, OH to the late Robert Edward and Lillian Mae (Sherrick) Phillians. He married Barbara Ellen Hall on February 28, 1970, in New Baltimore, MI.
Bob was a U S Army Vietnam Veteran having served from October 6, 1966 to August 27, 1968. He was employed as a press operator for the Chrysler Sterling Stamping plant. He was a member and song leader, for the Lighthouse Baptist Church Algonac.
Mr. Phillians is survived by his wife Barbara, sons Robert James Phillians and Darrin Lee Phillians, granddaughter Faith Marie Phillians-Bazil, great grandsons Daniel Alexander Scofield and Wendel Joseph Bazil. He was preceded in death by his brothers Rodney Phillians and Robin Phillians.
A celebration of life will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday July 28, 2024 in the Algonac Baptist Church.. Arrangements by the Young Gilbert Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Algonac.
