Ronald Paul Campbell's Obituary
Ronald P. Campbell age 67 of Clay Twp., MI. passed away December 21, 2021 in Beaumont Hospital of Grosse Pointe. He was born March 22, 1954 in Mt. Clemens, MI. to the late William and Pauline (nee Liss) VanPeeren. He married Heidi Lee Hendrick on April 20, 2002 in New Baltimore, MI.
Ron and Heidi were very involved with the Algonac Art Fair, and was a GOP delegate for the St. Clair County Republican party. He was employed at the GM Wind Tunnel in Warren, MI. He was looking forward to retiring so he and Heidi could go driving and traveling across the nation. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Ron is survived by his wife Heidi, children Tim (Traci) Campbell, Araena Campbell, Michael (Kristi) Campbell, Tina Campbell, Brandon (Lacey) Meldrum, Cassandra (Rachel) Donahue, Amanda Meldrum, and Matthew Meldrum, grandchildren Erik Campbell, Brandon Campbell, Lindsay Campbell, Ambria Fay, Hailee Bell, Hunter Bell, Andreya Alff, Brook Bennett, Joey Bennett, and Alexander O'Donnell, a great granddaughter Izzabella Campbell, and a sister Denise (Michael) Buckley.
Funeral service 11:00 AM Wednesday December 29, 2021 in the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac, MI. Visitation 4:00 -8:00 PM Tuesday in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Family Wishes.
