I will always remember the years working with Ron. He truly was a master of his craft...but what I will truly remember and cherish the most is the time spent hunting with him in Indian River. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. Happy hunting, my friend ????
He was hard-working, sincere and humble and he had a wonderfully dry sense of humor. He spoke of his family often and loved them dearly. I worked with him on and off for years and I will greatly miss him as a co-worker and a friend. He was truly a great person and Heaven is lucky to have him.
He was to many KNOWN as : Schroeder, to some "schro" back in the day "ron-bo" but he really should of been called PROFESSOR . Ron IS A man that knew hunting- fishing , he taught many the steel business, and was honest to a tee - while never fast -- NEVER EVER was there a move that wasn't calculated, a wise man , a gentleman, real world skills that he gave freely and in terms that you could understand , like when he taught me to weld " it should sound like your frying eggs " , The heavens and legend has gained with Ron!!!! , sadly the "boots on the ground" has lost a great MAN
RIP Big Brother, you will be missed by so many. You were so kind hearted and would help anyone but me most of all. I will treasure the memories I have with you. You never said you were leaving and I wasn't ready to say Good bye. I have no words of comfort for Pat, Chelsey. Ronnie and Zack to make it better but pray that God will give them peace at is time, May they find some comfort with the beautiful memories that they have. You were the best Dad, Brother,Uncle and friend that we could ever have been blessed with. Know that you are Loved and will be missed so very much. Your sis, cindy
