Sherry Lynn Varndell's Obituary
Sherry Lynn Varndell, age 70, of Algonac, MI passed away June 3, 2025 in her home. She was born November 3, 1954 in Port Huron, MI to the late Kenneth and Alma (Watson) Varndell. She married Daniel Roy Friedeman on October 29, 2006 in Harrison Twp., MI. He passed away September 20, 2022.
Sherry graduated from Algonac High School in 1972 and went onto receive her Associate’s Degree from Macomb County Community College. She retired from the Residential Home Health Care, as a physical therapist assistant, in 2019 after many years of service.
Sherry is survived by her brother Gary (Cheryl) Varndell, sister Kris A. Varndell, dear niece Shelley (Bill) Rios and their children Alex Rios and Alma Rios. Also, survived by several other nieces and nephews.
In staying with Sherry’s wishes there will be no services. Cremation arrangements by the Young Gilbert Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Algona, MI.
