The reason I became a Scout Leader so many years ago (in Ohio, before I had my own children even), was because of my Scout Master on Harsen's Island, Mr. Jim Miller. I was a Life scout, and will be Life for life. My wife & I have been honored to since raise (3) Eagle Scouts of our own in Indiana. Thank you Jim, for the love & guidance you provided for me in my youth, like a 2nd Father to me. Forever grateful and your friend always,

To Sandra, Janis, Stephen and Paul, It with deep sorrow that I heard about your father’s death. I have many memories of camping in Michigan as well sleep over while our parents played cards and jumping into St.Clair River and swimming back to latter your dad put in for us to get out. RIP Jim
