Michael Lynn Sutton's Obituary
Michael Lynn Sutton age 73 of Algonac, MI passed away April 22, 2024 in his home. He was born February 12, 1951 in St. Clair, MI to the late Robert and Lois (Tripp) Sutton. He married Candis H. Ciesielski on February 18, 1983 in Algonac.
Mike was a 1969 Algonac High School graduate. He retired from IDC Industries, as a mechanical engineer, in February 2021 after 30 years of service. He was a avid sports fan, both playing and as a spectator. Mike was inducted into the Algonac Community Schools, “Class of 1969”, Hall of Fame on October 9, 2015.
Mr. Sutton is survived by his wife Candi, brothers Rory (Donna) Sutton, Alan Sutton, and Kerry (Mauri) Sutton, nieces and nephews Cory (Amanda) Sutton, Jenny (Jeff) Vercammen, Brian (Julianne) Hathaway, and Brandalynn (Nick) McDonald, and 11 great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be Saturday June 1, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 .pm. with lunch being served at 1:00 p.m. at Club Capri 6343 Dyke Road Algonac, Michigan 48001. Arrangements by the Young Gilbert Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc. Algonac.
