Rest Peacefully my (Union) brother. I worked with Willie. He was a good man, good family man and a good Union man. Rumor had it that he had some of best lunches. Sending prayers for his family and close friends.

Always enjoyed his wit, humor and candor on our weekends together at nascar race tracks. He would get so excited announcing the races the kids of all ages would enjoy at the UAW-GM Motor Sports Exhibit
I worked with Willie for years at the GM Tech center in various departments.
When I received a phone call from a former coworker I was deeply saddened by the news of his passing. First person I thought of was Anita the heart and soul of his world. Anita packed Willie the most awesome lunches you could imagine. He'd say Ricky try this Anita made it for me. Everything was always so delicious. We worked as a team doing all the overload in the laser scanning department on afternoons. I never laughed and had so much fun working with anybody in my life. We would constantly banter each other all the time. People would walk into the scanning room thinking we were arguing and say what's going on in here. We'd look at them and start laughing. Willie God Bless you and your family in this moment of grief. Thank you for all the memories of fun and laughter that we shared together. My last words of any conversation we had together were I love my Willie. God knows it's true and you were true friend to all you touched.

May god bless Willie. I only knew him a short time but his laughter and personality made a lasting impression on me. I pray for his wife Anita and his family at such a difficult time.
